LaFrieda, Batali and Forgione are some of the lauded names headlining the Pennsy, a new 8,000-square-foot food hall located above Penn Station at 2 Penn Plaza on the corner of 33rd St and Seventh Ave. Set to open on January 7, the project is the sophomore effort of caterer Mary Giuliani’s hospitality group Giuliani Social, which also operates food truck park Shipping & Receiving.
